This is a Current U.S. Government issue Enhanced Tactical Load Bearing Vest. It has two main pouches on each side that will hold M4, M16, AR15 magazines, below that is a pouch designed to hold one grenade. The padded shoulder straps are adjustable and there are two adjustable buckles on the front. The webbing on each side is also adjustable.
